Thank you Orla these words Glorify God!! However, I am very much opposed to Christians who utilize paid subscriptions on this platform. Having said this, and I hope it is received in the Spirit of Love in which it is intended, I would be open to your explanation of why you do this? Salvation is free!! Perhaps you might consider sharing ALL your beautiful offerings to the Lord to all people, that all may share in your worship.
Hi KayAnne, it's nice to meet you. Thank you for your question. Paid subscriptions are something Substack like us to do. I also prefer to give my content for free, but Substack are providing this platform and service, and so I have one page for paid subscribers.
However, you can usually read the posts for free.. I don't lock them all the time.
The page that is for paid subscribers is for my coaching practice and not for where I share the gospel. I share the gospel for free in 2 places here ... https://cruthunua.substack.com/ and the podcast, The Narrow Gate... https://orla.substack.com/.
Not entirely but it will suffice. I will continue to follow you as I love GOD’s TRUTH in what you say. If paid subscriptions support your coaching business (the work of your hands), I accept that. If there was a Substack in Jesus’ day, perhaps he might have offered paid subscriptions in carpentry, before he began his ministry. 🤭. My life coach is YESHUA. And boy is he one tough teacher. May God bless you this evening and speak to you in your dreams. It’s 11:20am in Arizona and today God has put it on my heart to write on Daniel Chapter 12. 🙏
I wonder did they pay Jesus for his carpentry work and the apostle Paul for his tent making skills? Thanks for sharing. I don't have all the answers. 🤗
I think they were paid for these skills! They all had other lives, and probably worldly work, before their respective ministries. I suppose God didn’t tell us much about what they did before because we didn’t need to know. ❤️
