Thank you for listening and sharing your thoughts. I wonder could you expand on what you said about the absense of a specific craving being the craving itself? I will think about this more. It makes a lot of sense to me as many clients show up with a feeling of frustration because they don't know what they want or even need, yet they can't bear to live with such frustration any longer.

Isn't it fascinating how the absence of a clear craving becomes a craving itself? Could it be that their deepest desire is simply for clarity or direction, to ease that unbearable feeling of uncertainty?
